Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is my payment less than expected?
Your OTB is income-tested. As your net income increases, the credit amount gradually decreases. Additionally, if you chose the “Lump Sum” option on your tax return, you may not receive monthly payments.
2. What happens to the OTB in July 2026?
July marks the start of a new benefit year. To receive payments from July 2026 to June 2027, you must have filed your 2025 tax return by the April 30, 2026, deadline.
