2026 CPP/OAS T4 slip
* * * IMPORTANT NOTICE * * *
Service Canada is in the process of mailing out 2025 CPP and OAS T4 slips. Pensioners should expect to receive their T4 slips by the end of February 2026. Please ensure your home/mailing address is up to date in your pension.
Unfortunately, changing address, direct deposit or telephone service in My Service Canada Account is temporarily disabled due to security reasons. If you need to update your address, you must call the pension call centre at 1-800-277-9914.
Print T4 CPP/OAS through MSCA online account
Alternatively, if you would like to access your T4 CPP/OAS right away, you may view or print it online through My Service Canada Account (MSCA).
If you have not received your CPP and OAS T4, please contact Service Canada pension call centre to request a replacement copy.
If you need the tax information urgently, the agent on the phone may be able to read out to you the box numbers amount on your T4.

The choice menu will come up, press “9” to get connected to the call centre agent.
Pension call centre are generally quick in responding to phone calls. Its normal wait time is about 15 minutes.

Pension office is currently in the process of sending out T4 CPP and OAS. You should receive it by the end of February. If you would like to access your pension T4 information, you may call pension call centre to have the agent provide the key information on your T4 verbally. Alternatively, you may print your T4 CPP/OAS in PDF copy if you have access to My Service Canada Account.
